Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our social media, events, digital marketing, and communication strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, fostering customer engagement, and driving business growth through innovative digital and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publication of engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to improve engagement and ROI.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and optimization.
- Foster online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
Events Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events, including product launches, webinars, trade shows, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop event promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Analyze post-event performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Oversee the development of digital assets such as websites, landing pages, and multimedia content.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance the company’s online presence.
Communications:
- Craft compelling content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
- Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Manage internal communications to ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Social media, Digital Marketing, Events Management, and Communications.
- Proven track record in managing successful social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing trends.
