About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A & Business Partnering (internally titled Business Functional Partner – Finance) to join our Global Business Services team and play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll serve as a trusted finance advisor to senior leadership—providing insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to influence stakeholders across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver expert financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to guide business decisions
- Partner with non-finance teams to deliver meaningful, actionable insights
- Lead monthly financial reviews and variance commentary for cost centers
- Collaborate with Commercial Finance to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Present results to senior leadership and act as the primary finance contact for assigned units
- Drive continuous improvement and finance process optimization
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Work with the Global Reporting Team to develop and enhance Power BI dashboards
- Contribute to finance system upgrades, testing, and new tool implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance (FP&A, commercial finance, or shared services)
- Strong background in business partnering and presenting to non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience (e.g., Dynamics 365); Power BI preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and influencing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Kimble is a plus
- CPA qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in transitioning processes from onshore to offshore teams
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in a captive shared services environment
- Sound judgment in financial methodologies and performance evaluation
