This role is primarily for a Surveillance Operator responsible for monitoring live casino operations. The role focuses on ensuring game integrity, detecting irregularities, and maintaining compliance with operational and security standards.
Qualifications/Requirements- High School Diploma or any Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to handle unexpected or unpleasant situations calmly and in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of various casino games.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
- Must be able to quickly and easily traverse the casino area.
- At least 1 to 2 years Online or Live Gaming Casino Industry experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent observation skills
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedule which may include weekends and public holidays.
