Coffee Shop Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, customer-oriented Coffee Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our hotel's coffee shop. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain excellent customer service standards, supervise staff performance, and help create a welcoming environment for guests.

What you'll be doing:

• Supervise and support daily coffee shop operations
• Monitor staff performance and assist in team operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
• Oversee cash handling and basic sales reporting

What we're looking for:

• Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course
• At least two years of previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service environment
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee shop operations and food safety standards
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
