• The interior designer creates functional and visually appealing spaces that enhance the client's lifestyle. They achieve this by understanding the user needs and project requirements, then arranging furnishings, colors, and lighting to ensure comfort, efficiency, and aesthetic harmony

• Develops visually-appealing and practical design concepts for all Alphaland entities
• Selects appropriate furniture, decors, materials, colors, and finishes for a specific project’s design intent
• Prepares layouts and visualizations of indoor spaces
• Oversees execution of all interior design-related project and maintenance activities
• Provides work progress updates
• Other job-related responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time

• Ability to design functional and visually appealing indoor spaces
• Ability to address design challenges and find innovative solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or any equivalent
• Licensed professional Interior Designer
• Proficient in productivity, construction, and design-related software (MS Office, CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, rendering software etc.)
• Can produce and implement interior designs for various projects
• Demonstrates keen attention to detail and work quality
• Good oral and written communication skills
