Executive Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to the General Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and sales functions. This position serves as the central communication channel for the General Manager, providing executive coordination, managing data and filing systems, and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for the General Manager, managing communications, schedules, and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and accurate meeting minutes.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Analyze weekly sales and inventory data, providing reports on supplier performance, top clients, and inventory trends.
  • Support sales operations by coordinating meetings, verifying expense reports, and assisting with events or presentations.
  • Monitor and update sales performance metrics, compliance submissions, and agent activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Marketing, or any business-related course
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications and technical tools
  • Analytical skills for data review and reporting
  • Professional discretion in handling confidential matters
