Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Research and categorize relevant KOLs and influencers within the FMCG industry, including beauty, health supplement, and home supplies
- Build Relationships: Support outreach efforts, establish and nurture connections with influencers, and manage ongoing collaborations.
- Support Negotiations: Assist in negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring all deliverables are met and expectations are aligned.
- Campaign Development: Work with influencers to co-create campaigns that meet the clients’ objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of influencer content, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
