We are currently hiring a Senior Manual Quality Analyst for our client located in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Manual Quality Analyst with strong expertise in Manual Testing, API Testing, SQL Validation, and Test Planning. The role involves ensuring software quality through test execution, defect management, and validation of business requirements while collaborating with development and business teams.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business and functional requirements
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, and Regression Testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Review test cases and QA deliverables
- Prepare test reports and QA documentation
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams
- Support automation testing initiatives when required
- Mentor junior QA team members

A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent platforms is required.
Intermediate level SQL and database validation skills are essential for this role.
Mandatory experience with e-commerce applications, specifically in checkout and payment processing workflows, is required.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manual QA or Software Testing
- Experience creating Master Test Plans
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and test design techniques
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financial Systems
- Enterprise Application Testing experience
- Knowledge of Automation Testing concepts
- ISTQB Certification is an advantage
