ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Job Description

The Electrical Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading the preparation of electrical

system designs, including layouts, calculations, and equipment sizing for substation and

coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and conducting site visits to ensure accuracy and

compliance with project requirements. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-

solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality design solutions while guiding project

execution.

• Licensed Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of Electrical Design.
• At least 5 years of experience related to the industry.
• With knowledge in Substation & Transmission Line Project (REQUIRED)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Talent and aptitude to analyze and solve problems independently.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written) and positive thinking.
• Well-organized and good team player.

• Prepare the initial layout, conduct calculations, and determine sizing.
• Utilize CAD software to incorporate markups provided by the immediate superior, offering solutions for potential design issues.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and relevant references applicable to the project.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance the overall design output.
• Perform site visits to validate and coordinate with Clients, Subcontractors, and Field
• Engineers regarding project-related matters.
• Fulfill any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management, not limited to those mentioned above.
