An associate joining the IT Support Team to provide technical assistance both onsite and
remotely for any IT-related issues faced by end users. The IT Support Specialist is
responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of general IT resources, enabling the
business to function efficiently and without interruptions.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Incident and Service Request Management- Handles service requests and incidents related to Front and Back Office
printing systems, IP phones, and IT equipment).
- Serves as the first point of escalation for IT issues from end users.
- Collaborates with other business units and teams on service requests and

IT Support and Troubleshooting- Provides physical and remote IT support for end users, including
