Junior Architect

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is a fresh or recent graduate with a solid foundation in design tools and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare CAD drawings and SketchUp models for architectural concepts and presentations
• Create concept boards, design drawings, and rendered perspectives
• Support the Senior Architect in supplier, contractor, and consultant coordination
• Attend on-site client and coordination meetings as needed
• Assist in cost estimating and feasibility studies for proposed projects
• Conduct on-site measurements and assist with space planning assessments
• Help prepare and organize architectural documentation, including working and “as-built” drawings
• Participate in the review of shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and material submittals to ensure compliance with contract requirements; report discrepancies to the Architect
• Monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring that materials, dimensions, and workmanship meet project standards
• Assist in supervising and coordinating workers on-site, helping ensure safety, productivity, and adherence to plans and timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (BS Architecture)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure
• Positive team player with a good work ethic and professional attitude
• Willing to work both in the office and on field / construction sites

• Fresh BS Architecture graduate with no experience
• BS Architecture graduate with 1 - 2 years job experience ( non-licensed )
