As a Project Based Sourcing Recruiter, you will successfully manage, prioritize, and close multiple requisitions against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and meet or exceed target expectations to delight the customers.You will partner closely with hiring managers to create customized hiring strategies for addressable talent pools and market conditions. In addition to end-to-end recruitment responsibilities across multiple hiring requests concurrently, you will work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for our customers.
What we are looking for:
- N1 or N2 Japanese language proficiency required.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Open to fresh graduates; recruitment experience is not required, but a passion for talent sourcing and people management is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and work independently or in a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with recruitment tool experience and cultural sensitivity.
- Willing to work onsite during day shift hours in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
