Accounts Payable Analyst
About the role
NYGC Services, Inc.' is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payments to our vendors. Based in our Alabang Muntinlupa City office, you will play a vital role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting our overall accounting operations.
What you'll be doing- Process and reconcile vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Manage the accounts payable ledger and maintain detailed records
- Liaise with vendors to address queries and ensure prompt payment
- Assist with month-end closing tasks and provide reporting as needed
- Support the wider Finance team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
