Junior R&D Specialist

This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of our products throughout their lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for raw materials, including specifications, technical data sheets, and certificates of analysis.
• Create and update finished goods specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product formulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to understand product requirements and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable specifications.
• Conduct research and gather data to support the creation and revision of specifications.
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant industry regulations and internal quality management systems.
• Assist in the development and optimization of R&D processes, particularly those related to documentation and data management.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development, scale-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of all documentation, revisions, and approvals.
• Support the R&D team in various research and development activities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in R&D, QA/QC, or food manufacturing.
