The Role
We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated Content & Social Media Manager to lead the planning, creation, and execution of content across multiple platforms. This role blends content strategy, social media management, community engagement, email marketing, and multimedia production.You will manage the end-to-end process—from ideation to publishing to analytics—ensuring that every piece of content strengthens the brand, engages audiences, and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media, websites, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Repurpose content into multiple formats (posts, reels, stories, newsletters, ads).
- Collaborate on creative concepts for video, campaigns, and promotions.
- Balance engaging, humorous content (memes, trends) with sales-driven copy.
- Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite).
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them into brand-appropriate content.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) including audience targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and UGC content campaigns.
- Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Foster meaningful conversations and a sense of belonging within the community.
- Organize and manage live calls, Q&As, and virtual events to boost engagement.
- Email Marketing & Automation
- Plan and execute email campaigns that are entertaining, informative, and sales-driven.
- Write persuasive subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action.
- Segment contact lists and set up automation workflows for nurturing leads and members.
- Track performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
- Video & Multimedia Content
- Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Design graphics, memes, and other visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain organized content and asset libraries for easy collaboration and reuse.
- Membership, E-Commerce & Growth
- Manage membership portals (Kajabi) including content uploads, onboarding, and community engagement.
- Support e-commerce integrations (Shopify, TikTok Shop) by aligning promotions with campaigns.
- Use digital strategies to generate leads and convert followers into clients.
- Track analytics across platforms and report on key metrics, trends, and ROI.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative writing skills.
- Proficiency with content scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Suite), email platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Kajabi, Flodesk), and chatbots (ManyChat).
- Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva) and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools (Shopify, TikTok Shop) and membership platforms (Kajabi).
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid ad campaigns is a strong plus.
- Creative & Trend-Savvy: Knows how to balance humor, storytelling, and promotion.
- Organized & Reliable: Able to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines without micromanagement.
