Outbound Market Technology Specialist

Our client is looking for an Outbound Market Technology Specialist. We are seeking a technically-minded operator to own and engineer our full outbound sales stack. If you enjoy building complex automation workflows, troubleshooting API connections, and treating lead generation like an engineering project, this role is for you.

The Technical Challenge

You will be the architect of a "Sales Factory," managing a high-performance MarTech stack designed for absolute precision and scale. Your mission is to maintain the integrity of our data as it flows from ingestion to execution.

The Workflow Logic:

Ingestion: Identify high-intent signals via ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Orchestration: Build and run complex Clay enrichment workflows using Waterfall Logic to clean and verify data.
Execution: Manage multi-channel outreach through Instantly.ai and Expandi.
Infrastructure: Own the health of our email domains, including DNS settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and inbox warm-up protocols.

Who You Are

A Systems Thinker: You understand that outbound is a game of data quality and "if-this-then-that" logic.
Technically Confident: You are a power user of Clay, Make.com, or Zapier and can troubleshoot API breaks without hand-holding.
Deliverability Expert: You understand why a domain gets burned and how to prevent it through rigorous technical management.
Self-Directed: You thrive in high-autonomy environments and can manage the 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT shift with professional consistency.

Role Details

Location: On-site at WrkPod (Dumaguete, Cebu, or Iloilo).
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT).
