About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our thriving Tony Ting Food Concepts Inc' (Classic Savory) team in Lipa City Batangas. As a fulltime Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the successful achievement of our business goals.

• Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our customers
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling
• Implement and maintain effective systems and procedures to ensure efficient and streamlined operations
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and development opportunities for your team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
• Proficient in using restaurant management software and technology
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Passion for the Hospitality & Tourism industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
