Pharmacist

They ensure medications are manufactured safely, efficiently, and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve quality control documents, including Certificates of Analysis.
• Recommend changes in material and product specifications based on inspection results.
• Manage test schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of operational tests.
• Create testing schedules for raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the quality control department.
• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Train and supervise QC Analysts.
• Conduct audits and analyze data for trends and improvements.
• Contribute to the development of testing methods for new products.
• Stay updated on trends in Quality Control testing and relevant industry guidelines
• Perform quality control checks on finished products, raw materials, and in-process materials to ensure they meet quality standards
• May be involved in developing and optimizing production methods, including validating equipment and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
• With PRC License
• Proven experience as a pharmacist
• Expertise in laboratory testing methods and methodologies.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy information systems
• Good organizing skills
