What you'll be doing
- Respond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries from end-users in a timely and efficient manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, implementing appropriate solutions
- Provide first-line support for our office productivity tools, network systems, and other IT applications
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and system upgrades
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities and resolutions
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of IT systems

- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with users at all levels
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common business applications
- Familiarity with network administration, hardware maintenance, and software installation and configuration
- Customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide high-quality technical support
- Proactive and adaptable approach to staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
