Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to payroll processing, timekeeping, and employee benefits administration.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and government contributions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS, biometric timekeeping systems, and payroll software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
