Tasks & Responsibilities- Responds to customer inquiries and complaints in a sensible and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure that customer needs are meet and beyond expectation.
- Logistics Staff will report to the W&D Team Leader and will be responsible for several key activities related to billing and compliance.
- Logistics Staff will do invoicing, tracking records through the approval process, and preparing, submitting, and collecting freight confirmations.
- Ensures the accurate hardcopy filing in compliance with the applicable procurement, administrative policies and regulations.
- Handles the complete billing process of Import and Export Shipments for both Sea and Air.
- Manages Container Deposit Refund. Coordinates with clients for Container Deposit request letter and LOA and submits the request to different carriers through traditional and electronic process.
- Manages Accounts Receivables for Warehouse and Distributions – Open GC.
- Creates draft approval memo for Warehouse and Distributions – Open GC for both Manila and Cebu Shipments.
- Graduate of any 4-year course related to Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- With atleast 1 year experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms) and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and specialized logistics software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skill
