White & Case is looking for an eDiscovery Senior Analyst, internally this role is a a Senior Practice Technology Technician to join our Practice Technology – Disputes Operations team in Manila. This senior role is ideal for someone with strong litigation support and technical experience who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving and mentoring others.

• Provide end-to-end support for electronic discovery processes, including data ingestion, processing, hosting, review platform support and reporting
• Maintain and optimize environments through data validation, cleanup, archiving and migration, ensuring adherence to workflows and quality standards
• Support multiple database applications, including document review platforms, transcript management systems and FTP workspaces
• Troubleshoot technical issues and route matters to other support teams when appropriate
• Assist with workflow optimization and process documentation, including documenting recommended practices for legal technology tools
• Support the Project Management team with standard data processing, handling tasks and other technical requests
• Manage and audit matter tracking systems for compliance with standard operating procedures
• Prepare monthly utilization and security compliance reports for department platforms and tools
• Conduct and track data archival projects and coordinate conflict checks on incoming matters
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to junior team members
• Represent the Manila Ops team in local meetings and events when the team leader is unavailable
• Flex your schedule to meet operating needs and deadlines, including occasional evening and weekend work and after-hours email monitoring

• Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred; 4+ years managing electronic discovery projects may be substituted
• 4+ years of experience in a law firm, eDiscovery vendor or in-house practice support environment
• Strong knowledge of electronic discovery processes and best practices, including familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model
• Thorough knowledge of firm applications such as Venio, Relativity, eZReview, Intella and Opus 2 (Relativity One experience is a strong plus)
• Strong project and stakeholder management
• Experience designing databases and workflows for organizing, processing and reviewing data
• Understanding of relational databases, queries and tables, plus experience with hosting platforms and data migration/archiving
• Experience training and supporting end users on eDiscovery applications and solutions
• Ability to generate and analyze data processing reports
• Strong organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong client service mindset
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

• Work Location: Ayala Triangle Garden Tower 2, Makati City
• Work Setup: Onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Must be amenable to working on an Americas schedule and providing holiday support.
