About the role

Don Lee Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Surveying Engineer/Geodetic Engineer to join our construction team in Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality surveying and mapping services to support the successful delivery of our construction projects.

• Conducting land surveys, topographic surveys, and boundary surveys to accurately map project sites and identify key features
• Preparing design drawings, maps, and reports based on survey data collected
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and local authorities to understand survey requirements and coordinate field work
• Operating and maintaining survey equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
• Ensuring all survey work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior surveying staff
• Participating in project planning and design meetings to contribute surveying expertise

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineer, Geodetic Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Surveying Engineer/Geodetic Engineer, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software, such as AutoCAD, GIS, and GPS technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret survey data and identify solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant construction and land surveying regulations and industry standards
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required
