This role plays a critical part in minimizing machine downtime, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting overall operational efficiency in the factory.

1. Perform regular preventive maintenance on the Continuous Foaming Machine to avoid unplanned downtimes.
2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues across various production machines.
3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and logs.
4. Coordinate with the Production Department to ensure minimal disruption during repairs or servicing.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during maintenance activities.
6. Identify opportunities for improvements in machine performance and factory maintenance systems.
7. Maintain records of equipment performance, repairs, parts usage, and costs.
8. Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
