- Junior to mid-level experience with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, deduction management, collections, or related finance functions.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize AR payment processing and deduction clearing workflows.
- Proven success in clearing deduction backlogs, including historical deductions.
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and expensing deductions while identifying and escalating unapproved items for dispute.
- Track record of proactively recovering improperly deducted funds.
- Experience leveraging automation tools and AI-driven solutions to improve deduction management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy.
- Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to learn and execute AR and deduction processes, including coding, dating, and expensing activities.
- Take ownership of the deduction backlog by researching, coding, and preparing expenses for profit and loss (P&L) reporting.
- Manage weekly payment and deduction activities based on real-time incoming deductions.
- Collaborate with MarginWiz to enhance integration, automation, and overall deduction workflow efficiency.
- Lead the deduction dispute process to recover improperly deducted funds, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
