About the role

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Foreman/Shift Supervisor to join our team at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, located in Central Luzon. This full-time role will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of technicians, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our instrumentation and control systems across our manufacturing facilities.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the instrumentation and control systems, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
Supervising and coordinating a team of instrumentation technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any operational or technical challenges
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to instrumentation and control systems
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) as an Instrumentation Foreman or Shift Supervisor in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various instrumentation and control systems
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and documentation
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing industry
