A New Accounts Clerk (or Representative) is responsible for assisting customers in opening new financial accounts, conducting customer interviews, verifying documentation, and processing data into bank systems

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Account Opening & Maintenance: Processing new peso/dollar CASA accounts, personal loans, and updating existing account information.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Advising clients on bank products, answering inquiries, and up-selling services
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all applications comply with company policies and regulations like the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Reviewing, printing, and filing application forms accurately into the system.
  • Over-the-Counter Support: Assisting with transactions such as deposits and withdrawals during peak times.
