• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science, Law, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in telecommunications or technology sector preferred
• Strong expertise in employee engagement and learning and development
• Proven success in delivering engagement strategies and leadership programs
• Strong organisational and multi-priority management skills
• Strong influencing and relationship-building capabilities
• Adaptive communication skills across diverse audiences
• Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware mindset
• Experience with Culture Amp and intelliHR is an advantage

• Lead engagement strategy across group, business unit, and location levels
• Design and deliver engagement initiatives with key stakeholders
• Manage annual engagement survey to improve participation and outcomes
• Design and lead leadership development programs
• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, salary benchmarking, and engagement
• Advise and coach leaders on employment matters aligned with legislation and policies
• Facilitate performance management and grievance processes
• Stay updated on employment legislation and HR industry trends
• Manage People and Culture contracts and vendor negotiations with stakeholders
• Lead and support HR projects across the organization
• Perform additional duties as required
