- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science, Law, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in telecommunications or technology sector preferred
- Strong expertise in employee engagement and learning and development
- Proven success in delivering engagement strategies and leadership programs
- Strong organisational and multi-priority management skills
- Strong influencing and relationship-building capabilities
- Adaptive communication skills across diverse audiences
- Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware mindset
- Experience with Culture Amp and intelliHR is an advantage
- Lead engagement strategy across group, business unit, and location levels
- Design and deliver engagement initiatives with key stakeholders
- Manage annual engagement survey to improve participation and outcomes
- Design and lead leadership development programs
- Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, salary benchmarking, and engagement
- Advise and coach leaders on employment matters aligned with legislation and policies
- Facilitate performance management and grievance processes
- Stay updated on employment legislation and HR industry trends
- Manage People and Culture contracts and vendor negotiations with stakeholders
- Lead and support HR projects across the organization
- Perform additional duties as required
