Manila - Healthcare Admin Assistant | WFH (Day Shift)

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 2 years of BPO experience
• Fully equipped home office: reliable internet, consistent power supply, and computer
• Quiet work environment (some tasks may involve occasional calls)

You’ll support a U.S.-based healthcare team by handling essential back-office tasks that directly impact patient care. Full training will be provided. Tasks may include:

• Submitting prior authorizations
• Reviewing lab, imaging, and medication refill requests
• Coordinating preventive care outreach (e.g., physicals, screenings, follow-ups)
• Managing and releasing medical records
• Auditing medical records for quality compliance
• Supporting annual wellness exam documentation for senior patients
• Submitting and following up on insurance claims
