Technical Support Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries
- Responsible for business expansion and providing pre-sales & post-sales technical support in Luzon area (except for IPCOM which is not limited to specific area), including product demonstrations, technical explanations, after-sales consultations, and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for coordinating with the HQ technical team to resolve local issues and seek solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred).
- No experience required.
- Solid understanding of networking and communication technologies.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Must be fluent in English
- Willing to travel nationwide.
