Job Title: System AdministratorLocation: Mabuhay Tower, IT Park, Cebu
Schedule: Shifting; Onsite
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems or any related field
- 2-3 years experience in a technical support role
- Knows how to troubleshoot on Jabber and Citrix applications.
- Skilled in the use and troubleshooting Office 365 applications.
- Good communication skills
Job Description:
Inventory management:
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive IT asset management system to track hardware, software, peripherals,
- and other IT equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
- Develop and implement procedures for asset tagging, receiving, deployment, and disposal.
Provide Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot common technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Follow established procedures to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Reset passwords, configure basic settings, and perform other routine support tasks.
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Document user interactions and track resolutions.
- Knowledge Base and Procedures:
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's IT infrastructure and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize a knowledge base to research solutions and answer user inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the knowledge base
Escalation:
- Identify issues that require advanced technical expertise and escalate them to Level 2 support or designated teams.
- Clearly communicate the issue and any troubleshooting steps taken to the next level of support.
