EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
JOB ASSIGNMENT: Cebu City, Philippines
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare and organize documentation for meetings
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform general office management tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for at least 1 year;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
