Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Outbound Sales Representative who enjoys starting conversations, opening doors, and building real business opportunities.
In this role, you’ll engage industrial companies and speak directly with maintenance supervisors, operations managers, and technical decision-makers. Your goal is to spark interest, qualify needs, and build a steady pipeline for our sales and technical teams.
This is not a passive role. You’ll succeed here if you:

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for candidates who combine confidence, curiosity, and consistency.
Minimum Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn prospecting
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects
- B2B sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments
- Exposure to international clients or global markets
- Basic understanding of:
- Industrial equipment
- Manufacturing or maintenance operations
- Excel skills for tracking and reporting
- Experience using CRM tools (Odoo or other relevant tool)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to work faster and smarter
What You’ll Be Doing (Scope of the Role)
Your Key Responsibilities- Perform daily outbound outreach via:
- Cold calls
- Target industries include but not limited to
- Manufacturing
- Automotive
- Food & beverage
- Chemical processing
- Identify and engage maintenance and operations decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on need, application fit, and buying potential
- Keep your pipeline clean and updated in Odoo CRM
- Follow up consistently and no dropped leads
- Coordinate with Sales & Operations to:
- Schedule meetings and demos
- Prepare standard quotations (with guidance)
- Track orders and support documentation
- Submit clear reports on calls, conversations, leads, and meetings
- CRM: Odoo
- Clear scripts, SOPs, and outreach workflows
- AI tools to help you:
- Write better emails
- Improve follow-ups
- Increase efficiency
- Base Salary: ₱25,000/month
- Tiered Incentives: Based on:
- Qualified leads
- Meetings booked
- Pipeline contribution
- Top performers can earn ₱50,000+ in monthly incentives
- Onsite role – Cityscape Tower 2, Juana Osmeña St., Camputhaw, Cebu City
- Work-from-home may be considered after 6 months of strong performance
- You work on real B2B industrial deals, not generic sales
