Key Responsibilities
- Submission of DOLE Reports: Monitor and complete SHE reports according to the regulations of DOLE
- Risk Management: Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for warehouse and forklift activities; perform daily safety patrols.
- Compliance & Audits: Lead Safety Behavioral Observation (SBO) audits and ensure strict adherence to PPE protocols and SHE policies.
- Monitoring: Track Lost Time Accidents (LTA) and safety KPIs; maintain the safety data board and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Training: Conduct safety orientations for new hires, visitors, and contractors; lead fire/emergency drills and SHE training programs.
- Incident Response: Ensure immediate reporting of all accidents and environmental incidents.
- Facility Health: Oversee Pest Control programs and manage 3rd-party providers.
- Education: Preferably a Graduate of any 4-year degree course. Undergraduates with related experience will be considered.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in Safety, Health, and Environment roles.
- Certification: Must have completed specialized OSH training and be a Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or higher).
- Must have 40hrs. Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training (BOSH)
- Deep knowledge of RA 11058 and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Proven experience in warehouse safety, risk assessment, and JHA.
- Strong communication skills for conducting orientations and training.
- Willing to be assigned in Carmona Cavite
