Job Summary:

You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in German and English.
• Provide product and service information to German-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and client policies.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2/C1 level).
• Previous experience in a BPO, customer service, or sales-related role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ability to handle customer objections and turn inquiries into sales.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM and contact center systems preferred.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
