Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling various projects and reports about the progress to the Design Head.
• Shall be actively involved in the project planning phase, from its inception until its execution.
• Shall have expected to keep track of all the activities related to technical planning.
• Prepare and develop a comprehensive master plan (Pre-design and schematic phases) for the new project (subdivision plan, land use plan, vertical project, etc.) area tabulation, and others.
• Site visits and inspection prior to commencement of conceptual planning phase, conduct ocular site investigation and gather data necessary for planning.
• Coordinate with any counterparts in the Project Team.

Job Qualifications:

• Registered and Licensed Architect.
• Competent in 2D/3D AutoCAD, 3D Programs (Sketch-up, Lumion & Photoshop).
• With 3 or more years of proven in Project Management from design through to completion
• With at least 3 years of proven architectural design and project management
• Has knowledge in Building Code (& other government regulations) and construction methodology
