Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the positioning of our integrated resort and maximize business performance across key business units, including Hotel, F&B, Retail and Gaming.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, customer engagement and brand building within the resort.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions that align with & enhance our brand's identity.
  • Establish strong partnerships with business units to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that address specific objectives while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create a cohesive marketing strategy that effectively
promotes the integrated resort as a unified and seamless expert.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for improvement. Stay at the forefront of the latest trends, tools and best practices in brand development marketing, and customer acquisition, ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative & effective.
  • Oversee the brand resort marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of brand resort marketing professionals fostering a culture of excellence and to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in brand development, data-driven decision-making, and cross-function collaboration, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional creative thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate and implement creative ideas align with our brand's identity.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in brand development marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms, and other relevant tools and technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights from marketing campaign performance and make strategic decisions based on data.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation.
