What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth- Develop and execute multi-area business growth strategies, set restaurant-level targets, and ensure alignment with franchisee objectives.
- Monitor performance across your scope, consolidate feedback from Group Managers, and evolve strategies to meet KRA targets.
- Lead market expansion: identify new markets, support franchisees in lease negotiations, oversee new store development, and manage permits, procurement, and project completion.
- Achieve sales targets by developing strategies, analyzing competitor activity, and partnering with the Franchisor’s Operations Director to optimize new product launches.
- Maximize profitability through financial analysis, cost-effective measures, favorable stakeholder negotiations, and expense management without compromising quality.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with franchisees to drive operational excellence, explore expansion opportunities, and build capability plans.
- Ensure brand standards by creating FSC & GSC strategies, approving renovations and equipment replacements, and maintaining compliance with legal, operational, and safety standards.
- Mitigate risks: identify potential operational, financial, or reputational risks, and ensure adherence to labor laws, OSH standards, and due process.
- Build talent pipelines: create succession plans for Restaurant and Group Managers, prepare talent supply plans, and develop career paths for key talent.
- Conduct performance evaluations, create development plans based on competency assessments, and coach your team to achieve milestones.
- Support franchisees in building a complete and effective organizational structure.
- Act as the brand ambassador, maintaining integrity and building trust with franchisees, the franchisor, lessors, suppliers, contractors, and government representatives.
- Ensure transparent communication and ethical conduct across all business interactions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a related business field.
- Experience: At least 6 years in store operations and 4 years in area operations management within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Training & Certification: Advanced training in business strategy development, profit management, and financial analysis.
