• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and properly used.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and building codes.
• Identify defects or problems and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
• Enforce compliance with company safety policies and legal regulations (e.g., OSHA, local standards).
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain site records, including site diary, work permits, and attendance logs.
• Report daily progress, site issues, and delays to the project manager.
• Assist in planning site activities and scheduling deliveries.
• Monitor use of materials and manage inventory on-site.
• Ensure efficient use of labor and equipment to minimize waste and cost.

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of construction management software is a plus.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent written and communication skills. Preferably JLPT N1 passer and must be fluent in English and Japanese Language
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
