We are seeking a highly driven, polished, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer / Manager to lead business development, revenue generation, strategic partnerships and brand promotion across our restaurants, private events, and catering divisions.
Position Summary
The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for growing revenues across:
- Restaurant Oprations
- In-house celebrations
- Off-site catering services
- Corporate and government accounts
- Embassy and diplomatic events
- Weddings and special occasions
- Strategic partnerships and venue tie-ups
- Restaurant marketing and brand promotion
The ideal candidate possesses strong hospitality industry experience, an extensive professional network, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities for restaurant events, catering services, and private functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, embassies, event organizers, wedding planners, hotels, and venue operators.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and event packages.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-event relationship management.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute promotional activities for restaurants, catering services, and special events.
- Coordinate content creation for social media, websites, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Work closely with designers, photographers, influencers, and content creators.
- Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Set performance targets and monitor results.
- Develop sales pipelines and reporting systems.
Qualifications
Required- A Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within:
- Restaurants
- Catering companies
- Hospitality groups
- Hotels and resorts
- Events management companies
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales closing.
- Strong network among:
- Corporate accounts
- Government agencies
- Embassies and diplomatic missions
- Event and wedding organizers
- Venue operators
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in social media marketing and digital campaigns.
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the company at high-level functions.
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing.
