You'll be part of a growing residential building company known for quality homes and a supportive team culture. We are currently seeking a full-time Estimator to join our office team.

What You'll Do:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates from sales through to fixed price contracts
• Creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed Take-Offs
• Utilizing Buildxact software, including their templates and catalogues, to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Sending purchase orders and managing supplier pricing
• Calling and building strong, ongoing relationships with suppliers to support seamless procurement
• Processing variations in a timely manner
• Working closely with the sales, design, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Experience in residential estimating (preferably within a small builder environment)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams
• Experience using Buildertrend, Buildxact, or equivalent software advantageous
