• Provide post-sale technical and non-technical support to business and end-consumer customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries via various channels (phone, online chat, text).
• Address both low complexity issues in high volumes and high complexity issues in lower volumes.
• Deliver customer support through virtual channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues, often from an office-based setting.
• Work in distribution centers, repair centers, or walk-in facilities.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal departments (production, distribution).
• Offer technical and non-technical support directly to walk-in customers.
• Lead short-term team activities and operational tasks.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced professionals, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Proactively initiate and execute specialized projects without needing guidance.
• Focus on continuous improvement of daily operations and processes.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Operations Supervisor or Team Lead in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong background in customer service, both remote and in-person settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of the relevant discipline or business area.
• Proven ability to handle both high-volume and complex customer interactions.
• Self-starter who can generate and manage their own workload with minimal supervision.
• Capable of managing individual contributors and fostering professional excellence.
