Data Analyst (SQL/MS Excel) - Manila

The Data Analyst will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and validating customer data as well as building and refining facility locations in the system. This role involves detailed documentation to ensure data accuracy and system location setup while collaborating with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies and configure system locations based on customer requirements.

• Collect, clean and interpret datasets
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns and correlations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data for stakeholders
• Maintains data integrity and security
• Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and findings
• Assist in developing and optimizing data collection and analysis procedures
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a data analyst or related role, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools, such as spreadsheets (Google Sheet/MS Excel), SQL, etc.
