A. Raw Materials / Finished goods analysis
To ensure deployment of the quality control plan that was designed and forwarded for the plant of assignment (RM and FG).
To ensure that all samples forwarded to the Laboratory for wet analysis are being analysed on time, review the results and encode it online.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Raw Materials / Finished goods analysis
- All raw materials delivered to the plant are sampled. Depending on raw materials different analyses must be performed.
- All finished products produced on site should be tested prior release on the market. Depending on feed types, different analyses must be performed.
- The quality control analyst conduct all analysis that can be performed on site (for both RM and FG), such as moisture analysis, NIR analysis, mycotoxin reader analysis
- The quality control analyst, in coordination with the quality control supervisor, makes sure to implement the quality control plan which consist in:
- Sample raw materials and finished products according to QCP
- Label all samples according to VIENOVO standards
- Send the samples with the analysis request to the relevant laboratory
- Make sure results are received on time and encoded in the online monitoring file.
- Report all off standard results to the quality supervisor
- Prepare disposition slip whenever off specs results are found and submit it to Quality supervisor for approval
- Encode online all analysis results (from both on site analysis and from the laboratory)
Requirements:
GRADUATES OF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:- AGRICUTURE, ANIMAL SCIENCE, OR ANY RELATED COURSE
WITH KNOWLEDGE IN QUALITY INSPECTION/ANALYST FOOD/FEED ANALYTICAL PROCEDURES.
