As we grow, we’re looking for a standout medical receptionist/admin all-rounder to help us deliver smoother, smarter patient care from behind the scenes.
This role is remote but central to our operations. You’ll be liaising with Australian clinics, doctors, patients, and pharmacies, ensuring medical records are flowing, emails are actioned, and every patient has what they need to keep moving forward.You’ll also help format and personalise medical reports using Canva, so an eye for detail and presentation is key.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Inbox Mastery – Stay across a shared inbox and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Records Coordination – Chase up documents from clinics and patients to keep appointments compliant and running smoothly.
- Patient & Clinic Comms – Follow up requests with kindness, clarity, and just the right amount of persistence.
- Report Formatting – Use Canva to lay out and brand patient reports beautifully and accurately.
- Admin Support – Assist the team with day-to-day support tasks that help High St run at full capacity.
- What We’re Looking For
- ? Based in the Philippines with excellent written/spoken English
- ? Strong background in Australian medical admin (general practice or allied health)
- ? Confidence communicating with Australian clinics and patients via phone/email
- ? Proficiency in Canva and One Drive/Teams/Microsoft
- ? Organised, responsive, and self-motivated — you don’t wait to be told what’s next
- ? Bonus points if you’re a nurse or clinician who’s moved into admin
