CADET ENGINEER (5)

(Cebu based)

Responsibilities:

• Participates in a comprehensive training program covering the core areas of Technical and Soft Skills training, Service Sales, Quality and Safety Assurance, and the Testing and Servicing of elevators and escalators.
• Engages in real-world projects under the guidance of experienced engineers, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
• Rotates through different sections to gain a holistic understanding of the company’s operations and service offerings.
• Receives regular feedback and performance assessments from mentors and supervisors, ensuring continuous growth and development.
• At the end of the training period, the trainee’s skills and potential will be evaluated, and he/she will be assigned to a section that aligns with his/her strengths and career aspirations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Electrical or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
