Join the dynamic team as a Customer Support Broadband Account. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving broadband-related inquiries and issues.

What you'll be doing
  • Answering inbound customer calls and responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting broadband connectivity issues, providing technical support, and guiding customers through resolutions
  • Processing customer requests, such as service upgrades, account changes, and cancellations
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
  • At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Amenable to work onsite
