Vigilance Reporting Associate (Medical) | Start ASAP | Virtual Hiring Process

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Vigilance Reporting Associate to join our team. The role involves writing and managing vigilance reports related to medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality documentation.

• Prepare and write vigilance reports for medical devices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams for report validation and submission

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related fields:
• Nursing
• Biology / Microbiology
• Electromedical Engineering (Biomedical Engineering)
• Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Other science/technology-related disciplines
• At least 2–3 years of experience in writing vigilance reports for medical devices
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Good understanding of:
• ISO 13485
• US Medical Device Regulations

• Initial Interview: Human Resource Interview (HRI)
• Final Interview: Operations Interview via MS Teams
• SVAR Requirement: Minimum score of 60

• Hybrid setup
• Onsite required during probationary period
