Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4PM to 1AM Manila time

About the Role
  • We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of learning and talent initiatives across the business. This role provides regional and global support to both sales and non-sales teams by ensuring learning programs, platforms, and processes run efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting to the Talent Operations & Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for learning administration, coordination, platform support, and training logistics—helping create an excellent learning experience for teammates worldwide.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support post-induction and onboarding learning activities for new hires
  • Coordinate regional training programs for sales and non-sales functions
  • Manage training logistics including scheduling, registrations, communications, materials, and room setup
  • Maintain and audit training materials to ensure accuracy, branding, and alignment with key methodologies
  • Administer and support learning platforms, internal websites, and Talent applications
  • Publish training schedules and monthly updates to stakeholders and country leaders
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs
  • Act as a central point of contact for training-related queries
  • Coordinate compliance-related and legislative training requirements
  • Partner with Talent, HR, and Marketing teams to support learning initiatives
  • Take ownership of assigned Talent programs (e.g., Skills Academy, Enablement, Development, Leadership, Apprenticeships, Percipio) and act as the SME for those areas
  • Prepare reports and updates to support Talent Operations leadership

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements
  • Administrative experience in HR, recruitment, training, or learning & development
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships
Desirable
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or company intranet
  • Exposure to global or culturally diverse environments
  • Experience preparing reports, trackers, or dashboards
  • Background supporting sales enablement or leadership development programs
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles
