Electromechanic/Electrician

• Assists the R&PM Engineer in conducting mechanical and electrical maintenance activities on production machinery & equipment and their production support accessories as instructed.
• Documents in a timely and comprehensive manner all any corrective repair/rescue tasks performed to resolve production machinery & equipment problems.
• Assists in any preventive maintenance (PM) activities to be performed on production machinery & equipment under the guidance of the R&PM Engineer.
• Assists the R&PM Engineer in conducting the necessary evaluation/diagnosis to determine if spare parts or outside machine works service are required to repair any production machinery & equipment that is down and not operating.
• Accountable for proper and orderly receipt, use, safe-keeping and return of all PAM tools issued to him/ her in the course of PAM maintenance duties & activities.
• Strictly complies with all company policies and regulations regarding safety, health & environment (SHE) as well as 5S/house-keeping& cleanliness.
• Complies strictly with all relevant government laws, executive orders and republic acts which impact EMD activities.
• Complies strictly with departmental ISO 9001 procedures, guidelines and work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Industrial Technology graduate or Master Electrician certification (vocational)
• with NCII Certificate (preferrably)
• Preferably with 2-3 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Self-driven; industrious; possesses work initiative
• Can work extended hours and on shift schedule
• Can work under tight time pressure with minimal supervision
• Willing to render overtime if necessary
